Is the O2 ver 6.5 rom releasted yet?

just try to flash the UK orange rom to O2 TG01,

but "variant is fail"......sigh.....

To be quick :

- there is only one TG01 WM6.5 rom so far, an Orange UK one (the one you tried).

- the website is often "updating" since Monday... most of the time in fact :)

I did e-mail toshiba-europe.mobile support, but seems all toshiba stuff were dead!! never got reply. :D

hope the chef will cook some rom for TG01.....

if not I'll sell it & buy HD2......

Don't forget, the 6th October was the official launch day for WM6.5 and most of the effort is going into announcements of new devices.

WM6.5 updates will come a little later- Toshiba Technical Support are estimating that it will be between 12th and 19th October and I think Orange are also planning the official release on 19th October.

Whether O2 choose to release at the same time is not yet known, but it is likely that O2 devices won't be eligible for direct Toshiba updates.

It's the german version.

Or at least my mobile was german and still is :)

Update: after installing mobile is starting with Mobile Shell but freezes after couple of seconds. So would wait if I were you.

New update: works great anyway. Was just too impatient I think.
