[help] omnia i900 does not wake up from sleep mode.

I'm using omnia i900(pda:DXIF1/DXIF1, phone:DXID1) on T-mobile USA, but it occationally does not wake up from sleep mode.

I googling about this problems and someone calls this black screen of death but I dont know how to fix it.

It could be because of backlight problem, battery problem or sim card problem, but after the screen turns off for a while (may be couple of hours), I can't turn on the screen again. The only thing I can do is soft reset.

I already hard reset many times, and I change to different custom roms, but it still happens.

Anyone knows this kind of problems and solutions?

I really appreciate it if anyone shares the idea..

Do you have the Etiquette mode enabled?

I used to have this problem when it was enabled, since turning it off, never had the issue again.
