Help with HTC Mail setup

Hey all,

need a bit of advise - I want to connect to my college email network via my handset. Ive set it up via IMAP on my home laptop and can access no problem, but whenever i try the exact same thing with HTC Mail, I get the following error message when setting up outgoing :

"Your outgoing server response: 552 RBL blocked by zen.spamhaus.org"

Now Ive checked with spamhaus and my ip isnt blocked (also tried this via the 3g network and same error). Could it be that the college servers dont allow htc mail access?
