Is there anyway I can download Apps from the Android market to my PC?

No, the whole point of the market is to manage the app downloads for you, so that a) it's integrated to the phone, and :D to attempt to prevent piracy of bought apps. You could install App Manager, which allows you to backup your apps to the SD card, and then you can copy to the PC.
