any app on pc that can access windows folder on ppc?

i think i read somewhere that some people are using an explorer app that allows access to the windows directory on the wm device via activesync.. cant find which app that was.

anyone has any idea?

You can do it with 'logmein' but also just with the default 'total commander'.

Edit: are these apps installed on the desktop and can access the windows folder and system files on the win mo device via activesync/winmo device center?

tried installing totalcommander but couldnt access the files.

when you connect via activesync there is an "explore" icon at the top. clicking on that will open windows explorer. double click on "My Windows Mobile-Based Device", then Windows and do what you need to do. That's how i do it.

If you go through Windows Explorer, the \windows folder on the ppc is hidden. You need to go into the file options on the PC and turn on "view hidden folders". Then the \windows folder on the ppc will be available.
