You should be able to download it, sync your device to your pc then run the install on the PC.

I cant seem to sync my HD2 :? it sees that there is a usb connection.

If you are running Vista or Windows7 have you installed Device Center? which should be on the cd that came with your device, otherwise it is available from MS HERE.

If you are running XP then you need Activesync.

If you have installed Device Center and running a Windows 7 pc have you checked for updates and also what version of Windows 7 do you have?
