Adding contacts from SIM to Phone?

Hi all! I have an HTC FUZE unlocked ed. How can I add my SIM contacts to the actual phone itself? I can't find an option for this anywhere. Is this possible on the FUZE?

Also, are there any tweaks to get some better battery life out of it? I've disabled a number of things, but want to know if anyone is getting over a day and a half battery life out of their phone..
