hero- traditional chinese

hi everyone, im new to this so forgive me for not understanding, just wanted to ask if the rom that includes chinese, is the traditional chinese included too? im getting this hero phone in a couple of days and im a total noob, and im afraid that some of this updates could mess up the phone. any help would be appreciated , thanks

i see no one has answer me, anyways i did the upgrade and it does include traditional chinese, anyways chungwah release is rootable with flash rec and amon ra recovery, hope it helps.
