Hello awesome Omnia community. You guys have made owning my phone a great experience and I thank you all.

every since I've got my phone off of ebay (the person selling the phone bought it brandnew from Verizon and had it for 2 month before they went back to blackberry) once in a while the phone loses the touch sync, where when I click on the start button it click on the button next to it (contact)

I've found my way around the issue and re-aligning the screen fixes the issue, but it's not a permanent fix. Last night this happened on the lock screen and it took me 45 min to unlock the phone. I was very frustrated.

Anyway, is this is a common issue or just with my phone?

btw, i'm using this rom EVIDENCE v2

its most likely that your touch screen is messed up. i had the same issue with mine at the bottom right hand corner. i noticed it wasnt very responsive when i tapped the area and it got worse and worse until that section of my phone didnt respond at all. ended up calling vzw and got a new one sent to me
