EveryTrail GPS app - not getting GPS signal?

Just wondering if anyone else is using this app. It allows you to view your position on a google map, but unlike GoogleMaps, it also has the option of displaying terrain maps. It is free.

I just installed it and it does not seem to get any GPS info at all, even though GoogleMaps gets the GPS data just fine.
