RAM question / streaming audio

This is going to sound noob-ish but I trust the experts and chefs here:

I discovered Resco Radio.

I'm streaming 128k streams via .pls files (embedded www data).

My question is, what buffer size would you guys recommend, no matter what I choose I get dropouts; I know in the PC world sometimes higher buffers are counterproductive. Here are my settings:

Buffer size: 256 kilobytes

Task manager reads 2.16 mb @ ~20% CPU

What is the total RAM available in the Omnia?

to check your Omnia memory, click on the windows start > settings > system > memory

I still haven't found the best buffer size for myself. We have good 3G reception, but we have millions of ppl on at the same time so I've stuck with using www.di.fm wm 40kb streams and that seems to work fine.
