can't see who's calling :/

hey lovely people,

my horrible omnia has now decided to not show me who's calling. i've not changed the phone much; i've gone as far as to install Resco Keyboard... anyway, the phone's "Today" screen is the standard Windows Mobile 6.1 screen, and usually when someone calls it says "Phone - Incoming" in the box with the name and number below. However, this box has decided to slide down below the screen for some reason so I can only see "Phone - Incoming" and no number.

This is very frustrating and I'd rather not have to perform a hard reset as that is annoying.

Can anyone please shed any light on this for me before I drop the phone in the toilet and claim it on insurance.
