1.6 hero info from HTC Supprt

hi everyone - just got the below from HTC support centre about 1.6 donut coming to the hero:

The Tatoo does indeed have 1.6, but the sprint Hero does not. The Sprint hero runs a specially patched version of 1.5 to support CDMA.

Ho0wever, we are expecting the developers to release 1.6 for the hero, but sadly as the tattoo uses a different hardware and chipset, it is not simply a case of copying it from one phone to another.

i am sure it will not be long, but we have not been given any dates as yet.
