ROM FLASH PROBLEM

hi, everyone,

i just got a i908 from my friend. he said this phone was always frozen so he doesn't want it.

it had original wm6.1 in it. then i find this place and look up how to flash the rom.

i follow the steps and try about 5 different roms either 6.1 or 6.5 and they keep reboot the phone on it own or frozen at different screen.

did i do somthing wrong or something wrong with the phone itself?
