What is the best 6.5 ROM for Multi-Task?

I was using DDRKO WM 6.5 ROM build 23409 but with this i have 0% of multi-task possibility, for example: even when i just put S2P in background wm closes it and i just have 32mb Free Ram memory even without opening any programs.

So i wanna know whats the best WM 6.5 ROM for multitask, i need one that supports at least SPB mobile Shell 3.5+S2P+Some other programs simultaneously open.
