Any Help on Setting up a Kitchen starting fresh with CF03, upgrade it to WinMo 6.5.1 latest build, and install and mod things from there?

I really want to start making my own rom bins, but I really can't find anywhere what I need to do to start. I really want to start with a blank slate, but I can't find any good guides.

I want to setup a kitchen.

Start with CF03, then upgrade it to the most current Windows Mobile 6.5.1 build.

From there, I want to remove the useless crap, verizon and samsung stuff that isn't needed, install programs, modify things, and use titanium and a new skin...

Any good guides for this anywhere? All I've seen is an outdated guide for the i900 with broken links.

Basically it's just a matter of getting Wozzer's or Adryn's kitchen, with the latest SYS and ROM, and trial and error as far as what can and can't be removed. Different programs have different dependencies, and part of the fun is in doing it yourself :D

Provided I can find a tutorial that will actually help me with wozzer's kitchen, I'm ready.

I had found one but can't find it anymore.
