Tell Me on the Omnia :)

I downloaded Tell Me from this thread and it is working pretty nice. One thing I have found so far is that the option button does not work. If you tap on the little arrow that is on the option button it works just fine.

for some odd reason i can only get it to go to 80 then it just stops any ideas wolf or did urs happen to go all the way

Ok peep this out guys even though it only went to 82 if u go to start the tell me is installed there n it works check it out sector it works just click on it so i guess it finish installing n it works :D

i get to 82% then it closes also could it be a location based thing ?

i noticed that it connects to the internet to install etc,

and iv noticed only people in the U.S have managed to get it working

just a thought !!!

That's a distinct possibility.

It does require a connection to work also.

Yeah thats what im thinking, as its a location based application right, so outside of U.S seems to be a no-go which is kinda sad :D

I got it to work even the screen touch works so im very happy even though it only says 82 and then it closes if u press start its already installed there u press on it gives u the tutorial and then boom works like magic

yeah i click on the shortcut in the start menu but nothing happends get a blank screen with tell me at the top then it returns to the home screen

also i noticed a

tellmeWMPControllerplugin.dll

in the windows directory

im on Ryrzy Build 23064 in the UK. install bombs at about 80%. start menu shortcut, tellme for few seconds in top left then nothing. cant wait for this.

Not working on my own ROM. Same as everyone else, install bombs at 82% and start menu shortcut pops up for a second and then closes.. Will have to play around with this..

BW, did you take "Hotvoice" out of your ROM?

In your ROM.. The Verizon OEMapps came with an .exe called "Hotvoice" I'm just trying to figure out what lets it work on some but not others.

As with everyone, the install stops @ 80ish for me, but even though it's in the installed programs list, clicking it simply flashes "TellMe" in the top left, then nothing... using an i900 with Kuanchais 23060 ROM.

successful install and all functions-go on evidence's 23081 based ROM--mapped to Main Menu button. the Omnia is a friggin' chameleon and jack of all trade.

TIP: if you receive "sorry didnt catch that" when searching, try disabling Location settings [default=enabled].
