Looking for interval photo application

I am looking for an application or maybe someone would be interested in building an app that will allow for automating the camera. What I am trying to do is use the large resolution stats of the Omnia i910 I have to take time lapse photos. I need an application that can access the camera functions and allow me to set an interval from at least 1 second to say 1 every 15 minutes or so. This camera takes what could be equivalent to HD images IF you take individual stills and play them at 24 frames per second through an editing software like Final Cut, Avid or Sony Vegas, etc.

So to recap, looking for a simple application that can use the basic defaults (but it would be nice to be able to change some parameters) and tell the camera to automatically take an image at a determined interval. Sounds easy but I have no knowledge on WinMo stuff. Anyone want to tackle this one? Anyone found anything that might work?
