Benq e72 Skype how to

need your help - have just purchased a BenQE72 phone, saw your film on U Tube, I have downloaded the Skype to the phone, I press to install and get a message saying install failed, I have tried with a memory card with sufficent memory but still won't work - seeing your film you mention you where going to install but can't find any info - did you get Skype to work - if so how ??
