help! I need to fix splash screen!

i buy a hero with dopod rom,they change the splash screen.

i tried install a new rom (eg modaco 2.8), but spalsh screen still there.

anybody can help me fix this? i heard the splash1.img can replace it, is there someone can upload it to me?
