CMInternet Sharing + Port Forwarding?

Now that I have CMInternet Sharing working properly, I am wondering if there is a port forwarding program available for Windows Mobile. What I am trying to accomplish is running an IRC daemon through my cellular connection, or possibly mobile online gaming. Any help would be appreciated, I just about exhausted Google with rewordings of search queries.

There is no firewall in the router application so everything is forwarded lol.. :D

IRC etc are a problem cuse at least in my country the Operator blocks the ports.
