Ebuddy missing from market?

I just wiped my phone and am installing all my apps, but ebuddy is no longer listed in the market, I even tried scanning the barcode from their site and market says not found. Where did it go?

I like ebuddy. its listed on their site as available in android market and I was using it yesterday, but now its gone for no reason

I had modaco 2.8 yesterday and I had ebuddy, then today I flashed with the latest HTC official downloaded from this site and now ebuddy aint in the market for me! ITs weird as I have had this official build on previously and it had ebuddy.

I have MCR 2.8 installed and I can see eBuddy in my market. I also have it installed.

I had mcr 2.5 and ebuddy was there.

Then HTC Generic 2.73.405.38 and it was there.

MCR 2.8 and still was there.

back to HTC Generic 2.73.405.38 but this time no ebuddy.

I've got to say i've never had a prob with market not displaying all apps despite all the flashing I have done, seen lots of other similar posts, people talk about using "market enabler"
