Guest T39andcounting Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 Is anyone else having this problem? I can view the list of topics, but when I press a link to a topic it just gives me a blank white screen. Looks like it's loading a iPhone style on the board (says IP.Board/iPhone Skin in bottom right of topic list), which isn't compatible? Can't see a way of forcing it to use the full version either. Bit of a pain if I can't use my Hero to read a board about my Hero!
Guest John Vaudrey Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 I had the same problem install "steel" from android market and then go into settings and change it from Android to Desktop and hay presto Modaco on your phone
Guest arclife Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 i was just about to post the very same thing, can browse the list of threads (as a different skin) but clicking on any thread returns an HTTP Error 500
Guest T39andcounting Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 You need to log in. Thanks, that's worked!

Guest alexk-il Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 Is anyone else having this problem? I can view the list of topics, but when I press a link to a topic it just gives me a blank white screen. Yes, I do have the same problem. Looks like it's loading a iPhone style on the board (says IP.Board/iPhone Skin in bottom right of topic list), which isn't compatible? Can't see a way of forcing it to use the full version either. Looks like modaco's forum bugs. I can access some topics and I can't access others from my Hero. For example, I can read this topic without any problem: You Are Here » Android @ MoDaCo » Other » International » Algemeen - Nederlands » TE KOOP This looks like modaco's board problem.
Guest alexk-il Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 (edited) once in browser, press menu, select more then settings and deactivate mobile view. hope this helps :D No-no-no, this will deactivate the "mobile view" for all other web pages :P . Since Hero is already supported by this forum at least on some topics (see my previous post) it would be natural to expect the modaco's guys to add the same support to all other pages. BTW, logging-in provides the workaround. Edited October 31, 2009 by alexk-il
