Disable roaming message

Hello,

On my home screen I am using the stocks widget. It cannot update, because I am roaming.

I know there is an option to enable roaming (Menu - Settings - Wireless controls - Mobile Network settings - Data roaming). This is enabled, but still it says 'Unable to sownload data because you are roaming'.

I cannot remember with which other application I had the same issue.

Is it possible for our ROM developers to override the roaming to non-roaming?
