Help to enable Call History in M2D home panel (omnia)

I already used several roms, themes and changed M2D settings with M2DC (home xml) to enable Call History (missed calls) in 1st panel but i never done it.

Other problem is when i change themes, the clock or other items stay out of place. I already read some tutorials, and i don't know what's the problem.
