Phone reception

Is it possible to get better reception on some roms than others? I seem to get a pretty good digital signal on a couple of Bgill' s roms in areas I can't even make calls from on other roms. Is that possible, and if so, what is the difference.

Nope, no difference what so ever. The only thing that can make a difference is the Phone driver section of the Omnia, which our custom ROMs don't touch.
