So... you want to flash the ROM from a cell phone... to an MP3 player?

I'm pretty savvy with Creative products, and to my knowledge, there are no current methods of flashing a non-Creative ROM. Even if there were, I'm not entirely sure that this is the forum for that, as this is forum is more for phone discussions (in this forum, the HTC Hero), and not tweaking media players.

I would recommend searching the internet for fan sites for Creative products. You might have more luck there.

I've never heard of the Hero ROM being flashed to the Zii Egg, but Creative just released the first public beta of stock Android for the device. Check out their website for more information.

lol sorry mate, but have you thought about asking the people who did it? because here we have heros, i bet nobody in this forum ever flashed this to anything else than an htc phone...
