Guest Gasman2 Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 Before updating ROMs and radios etc from a standard T Mobile G2 - do I need to make a record of anything - ie my voicemail number, or T-Mobile settings for internet access etc? If I do a Nandroid back up - will this record those settings and if so, are they then accessible? Thanks
Guest lemmingzappa Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 My phone on 3 enters all the voicemail settings etc.. automatically.

Thanks if you pull the sdcard and power up your phone, all you see and have will be backed up by nandroid. including all settings, mails, sms, contacts, favorites, history, ringtones etc. for the sdcard contents (also apps2sd!) you have to take care yourself. you can not access the contents of a nandroid backup if you mean that. you have to restore it. but you can make a new nandroid, restore the old, access whatever you want, restore the new backup and use the accessed stuff...
