GAME: StarCraft updated to WQVGA Version 1.7

Hey Y'all.

Finally the Russian Devs got the freeware StarCraft to run smoothly on our WQVGA resolution.

I started to play and it works really well.

I placed the folder on my MSD card, also first time it takes like 2-3 minutes to load...

Update LOG for version 1.7:

General:

Added new unit:

Protoss:

Dark templar

High templar

Observer

Reaver

Scout

Arbiter

Terran:

Siege Tanks are now able to precipitate

Zerg:

Guardian

Scourge, though its function is not able to perform

Some optimized the use of RAM

Buildings Terran learned to fly

Engeneering Bay, Factory, Barracks, Starport, Science Facility

Command Center still does not fly because of possible missions, game

Uvelichina rate of some units (Vulture, Wraith, Shuttle, Dropship)

Now the workers show they are portable resources.

Probe no longer promotes the construction of buildings, are close by.

Reworked the user interface:

• Few Reduce font

• The main menu is now more resembles signified from the original game.

• The maximum number of units allocated at the same time reduced to 12.

• Now you can leave the screen of victory / defeat.

• Changed icons units, buildings, and neutral units. (thanks Zeratyl for schedule)

• Changed the location of icons (now a unit of the construction stage does not appear over the icon of the building, which are produced, as well as upgrades, fixed a similar situation with the units in the bunkers and vehicles)

• Now most of the information displayed on the console (ie, where necessary) the names of selected units not "nalezayut" call button menu.

Changes of balance:

• All Zerg learned to burrow

• The rate of production of all Zerg units doubled (to compensate for the lack of Lavra).

• Added basic upgrades for the Protoss.

• Optimized animation building Protoss.

• Animation building Zerg became more diverse.

• Now with the advancement in Creep Colony to Sunken Colony or Spore Colony is no error in the location of Creep Colony close to other buildings.

• Upgrades for flying Zerg units can now produce not only in the Spire, but also in the Greater Spire.

• The improvement Spire to Greater Spire not wasted an opportunity to make Mutalisk.

• The game will not fly in the manufacture of tanks.

Well I was on the trian today and had 1 hour to kill. It still is hard to use this even with a stylus..

I can't seem to move around only using the small mini map on the left :/

O well till next release...

Double tap where you want to move the map in the main window. 

It does seem this game has a lot of little shortcuts like that which you would have to know in order to use.

cool game, but like thescope said, it's hard to move around. double tap didn't work for me.
