App installation failed

Hi!

I have some problem with my Pulse, i flashed the modaco 1.2 yesterday (formated sdcard fat32+ext2).

Today i tried to update some applications, all failed with an error! I can remove apps, but i cant install or update new one.

Reboot did not help! I have to wipe?

Any Idea?

Edit: Used Recovery Image , "repair ext filesystem" and now its working.
