ORANGE MMS + GPRS (UK) HERO SETTINGS

Not quite sure if there is any hero specific settings on here but here they are:

MMS:

1. On the device, press the Menu key.
   
2. Select Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile network settings > Access Point Names.
   
3. Press the Menu key and select New APN.
   
4. Select Name, enter Orange MMS and press OK.
   
5. Select APN, enter orangemms and press OK.
   
6. Enter the user name and password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
   • User name:
     
   • Password:
     

[*] Select MMSC, enter http://mms.orange.co.uk/ and press OK. (IT IS IMPORTANT TO PUT THE / AT THE END)

[*] Select MMS Proxy, enter 192.168.224.10 and press OK.

[*] Select MMS Port, enter 8080 and press OK.

[*] Select APN type, type mms and press OK.

[*] Press the Menu key and select Save

[*] On the device, press the Menu key.

[*] Select Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile network settings > Access Point Names.

[*] Press the Menu key and select New APN.

[*] Select Name, enter Orange WEB and press OK.

[*] Select APN, enter orangeinternet and press OK.

[*] Enter the user name and password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.

[*] Select APN type, select default and press OK.

[*] Press the Menu key and select Save.

[*] Press the radio button next to Orange WEB to set the profile as default.

[*] Press the Home key.

[*] Press the Menu key and select Browser.

[*] Press the Menu key and select More > Settings > Set home page.

[*] Enter http://wap.orange.co.uk and press OK.
