Acrobat has broken my phone - HELP

:oops: I made the mistake of trying to install adobe acrobat reader onto my phone (I was having a dull day at work and thought I'd give it a try. It complained on install that there wasn't enough space (from the PC side of things) but I proceeded to see if I could install it onto the memory card. Well the app didn't install but seems to have eaten up all the available space on my phone. Its not in the remove progs menu and I really don't want to have to reset my phone.

Any ideas on where the evil application may be hiding (I think I've checked the obvious places). :!: :!:

Hi and welcome to the site :lol:

Do you have all-explorer or if your phone's decerted Smart explorer?

as you will need to use them to look in the following folder on your phone.

IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall this is where it should be hiding so just delete what you find

there.

Remember you will not be able to see the Install folder via Activsync
