how to catch radio.dll ?

Hi,

I am interested of getting the interface functions of "radio.dll", which is located on smartphone under /windows directory.

It looks like there is no way to export this file from the smartphone to my pc using the "remote file viewer".

1) Does anyone knows what are the "radio.dll" interface functions are?

btw: already tried the msdn.

2) Is there another way except using the "remote file viewer" to get files from the smartphone ROM? (and dont tell me please to use the active sync file explorer coz this file can't be seen with it)
