Need Help asap

I have a SEA phone and I really wanted market place so I started following some directions http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=567102 there and got to the flashrec part... somehow I messed this up, something got flashed and now I am really stuck... resetting the phone and reinstalling flashrec does nothing here is what I see after a reset/reinstall and type http://zenthought.org/sdcard/recovery-RA-HERO-v1.2.3.img (im not even sure thats how it's supposed to be
