Update Phone part Dutch Omnia XXHI4 to ZHIE1

I want to upgrade the phone part of my omnia with the latest version, ZHIE1.

since this is a dutch omnia with current Phone software version XXHI4, I want to be sure that the phone will still work after applying this update.

So can I apply this update, or is it better not to do so?

Current ROM version = Rirzy's 23081 (which workes great)
