google calendar not syncing

Bit of an odd one this, I'm on the latest stuffs, MoDaCo 2.9 Core with wave secure, teknologist 1.8, IU - but I'm not sure if this problem is connected.

Basicallly, I get gmail fine, all syncs through automatically, but I've noticed that calendar events aren't copying from my phone to gcal online.

Bit of investigation and it turns out my gcal saves events under a calendar named after me "firstname surname" but my phone is saving under "my calendar".

No idea when this happened and I can't really spot anywhere to change it so my phone saves to the right calendar, any ideas?

Clear data of calendar and force sync.

Go to setting. Application . Manage applications.

Go to Calendar & Calendar Storage. Clear data. and sync.

Problem not from Modaco.

Indeed, kinda fixed it, but the Hero defaults to a calendar called "my calendar" instead of the google calendar. I've no idea how to change this default, it's workaroundable, but damn annoying.

Happens with Exchange too.

I've never seen a setting to change the default, but once you've manually added an appt to a specific calendar it remembers that calendar and becomes the default.
