Google Search by Voice missing ?

Not quite sure what's going on here, but sicne I got my T-Mobile G2 (UK) back from repair it will not find Google Search by Voice in the market. Not even if I use the link from andolib.

Very annoying as other apps use the voice recognition engine.

Anyone out there able to provide me with the apk for this ?

(And I'm not rooting/hacking this phone at all. I bricked it before and was lucky that I had it repaired under warranty that they did not notice and simply replaced the entire mainboard )
