Urgent help, please!

Dear friends,

I have just done very wrong thing. I have incorrectly installed ZTIE1_PDA_M2D_UC_WM6.5_21812_F1 into the phone part. The installation was not completed and device was restarted. PDA indicates "i908ZTIE1/F1" and phone indicates "F1". THe phone is not responding. I have tried to install phone rom again but programme indicated that "KW.KIM Create retry(0) Download failed!!".

How can I install back phone part?
