Guest cooleydan5 Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 droid for sure. yea imagio has winmo, but its very laggy and annoying to use. i played with both in the verizon store. and the droid was quite impressive. im still gonnna wait fror the omnia 2 which is rumored to come out this black friday, but who knows. i spoke to one of the verizon reps and they told me they couldnt discuss that kind of info, but they said that verixzon is waiting for all the fuss about the droid to die down, and then they MIGHT release it. But like i said who really knows.

Microsoft has simply waited to long to take Windows Mobile seriously, and Android is a pretty awesome operating system. My friend has it and it's absolutely amazing. The video camera quality is superber, the apps are great, Google Maps Navigation is better than any WM GPS software (and it's free), the list goes on and on. I've kind of moved beyond hardware keyboards, being an Omnia user, but still the Droid is a badass phone.

Thats all me I got to demo about a 1 1/2 week ago the Droid, Eris, & the i920 aka Omnia II I was also told i920 has a release date of Dec 1 Android: For sure between the Eris & The Droid the Eris is better But still lacking due to its smaller 3.2 screen to the droids 3.7 Also between the interface of the Eris & the Droids the, Eris is better in my opinion Now if we could put the Eris onto the i920 well that would be a true "iphone killer" Also before you make the Android Jump just remember iphone & Android a still trying to catching up to vast sea which is WinMo's Rom's, Cab's, Jar's, Flash, & other formats. App Store: iphone = 100,000 apps in a app store Android = 1000 apps in a app store WinMo = >500 apps in a app store Apps On the Net: iphone = Few apps exist in the wild outside Apples App store Android = More each day but still few in the wild WinMo = So many no one knows just how many exist But there are Thousands & as the roms get better so do the apps.
