HELP - The Information Application Disappeared!

Here's a strange thing:

I was running the Information app (just to see what it did - appears to the the interface to Orange's SIM-based SMS information services), and when I quit from it, the icon for it disappeared from the Programs menu.

Could someone tell me how to get it back, or post their shortcut file from their SPV?

(Should this be a bug report? Has it happened to anyone else? Very strange... )

Yep, me too. It went away, came back again, and went away again. I've never needed/used this service, as it costs each time, so I'm not worried the menu has gone. Still odd though.
