Plays for Sure Video on i910

So, I realized that I can take my Amazon Video on Demand videos and port them (in a special mobile format) to my VZW Omnia i910. Problem is: the video tends to be pretty choppy in both Pocket Player and WMP. Any ideas/suggestions? I'm running Windows Phone 6.5 with Blazing Wolf's "Night v1.4" and SPB Mobile Shell 3.5.

I'm kinda a video guy, can you let me know what kind of videos we talking about here (1 how did you get them to the phone? i thought amazon on demand had some sort of crazy DRM stuff)

2nd use something like gspot to find out all the codec info and post it here.

Also have you tried coreplayer at all? it is the fastest player i've found
