I have nothing on my SD Card but No place !!!!

Hello, I have upload on my SD Card a MP3, but I wanted change so I del it. So I upload a new mp3, and a message say me that I have no place although I have nothing on it. I see in ALL-explorer and it said me that my card is 6,5 Mo full on 6,7 Mo, AND 6,5 mo is the place of the MP3 that I just have del. So I don't understand. I want to know if I can make a fomatage (format my SD CArd) ? and How ?
