Guest cruddasj Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Hello all. I am installing the samsung modem drivers at the moment, however am a little confused as to what the best method is. Some people say to use the executable 'setup' that can be found in the folder, others are saying to point the new hardware wizard at the driver catalogue. Does anyone know the best way? Has anyone just used the Setup.exe? Also on a similar note, if I am doing the driver install through device manager which part am I applying the drivers to? If i turn the phone on when attatched to the USB I can see the samsung mita USB sync appear (I am guessing this is the USB bootlader port) but then once booted it returns to the standard i900) Am I supposed to update the samsung i900 driver? I may be looking into this too much. Is it just a case of downloading the xp modem driver and running the setup.exe? Thanks
