Guest cruddasj Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Hello all, I was looking at getting an NSPro flash box and came across this: http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/Unlocking/unl...boot_repair.htm It is done through paypal, so you could always claim money back if it wasnt legitimate however I have read alot of good reviews about them and they have a large catalogue etc. Theyre charging £25 to repair a dead omnia boot sector (Im assuming that is both phone and PDA :) ) This includes postage via recorded mail. So if you have a dead omnia sitting about anywhere, it could be well worth looking at!

True, but to be honest I dont think people will want to shell out $300 for a repair kit as the phone is worth less than that. £25 including postage and a very quick turnaround seems like a good deal to me :D I dont know if I'd trust the air mail services cuz i imagine my phone being crushed lol. At least if the phone was lost or broken I could turn round to the royal mail and have someone to point the finger at. With the 'omnia repair tool' isnt that just a JTAG emulator and a pinout? And a small piece of software included for writing to the bootloader?
