Spb Mobile Shell 3.5.1 and 23xxx 28xxx builds

at the bottom of the lifestyle, there are some colounms of pixels that have always a different color from the taskbar

and i have another bad bug: i can't change the theme colour os spb mobile shell on these winmob 6.5.1/3 builds!

anyone has the same?

The problem with the graphics on the bottom is because the new task bar is smaller and the bottom taskbar is larger in winmo 6.5.1. it cause this graphics problem. Go to SPB club and look it up, i think someone was able to fix it but in doing so you loose the ability for the background to pan as you move from screen to screen. The same exact issue occurs if you try to install and use the online widgets or the widgets from the omnia lite. there will be a graphics problem with the top on those instead. The easiest way to get rid of this graphics problem on MS3.5 is to use the hero bottom bar mod which can be found on mobilecustom.fr i think or on the MS3.5 thread over at XDA. Google to find all of this. As for the color change problem, i think you have to purchase the app. Not sure.

I believe the theme color change is a bug in MS. Some WM themes force/set the backgraound color and MS can do nothing about it. The only thing that I found to work is installing a theme that has the background color I want. For example the attached Blacl.tsk (unzip it first) will set the WM background to the default of black which MS will then pickup. You will still not be able to change the color in MS but at least you will have a color you like.

Try to copy this to the windows folder and go into Settings > Home and select it.

Then find a theme you like or switch between the built in themes and see if it forces the background color that impacts MS.

I am on a cooked WM6.5 but don't have the toolbar problem.

Did you extract the Black.tsk file then copy it to the Windows folder then go into Settings > Home > Appearance and select it and hit OK?

I simply changed the theme in WM6.5 to a black one and was able to obtain the black theme in the SPB shell. Give it a shot.
