best 6.5 rom for i900 omnia

Hello every one:

I`ve just bought my i900 omnia and i want to upgrade to WM6.5 .

What is the best 6.5 rom for i900 omnia which will give me more free ram and let the finger mouse to run smoothly??

Right now (and I say right now because new ROMs appear every 3 or 4 days) the best overall ROM IMO is the 23509 from Hammer. Very stable, fast enough and with THE BEST memory available. No other ROM equals Hammer's memory manage. There are the ROMs by Dheewatara that are even faster than Hammer's, but the memory available is less and has some issues with sound notifications (also has problems with WM Widgets).

They're all good but depends on what you like. Flash a couple of roms and see which you prefer. :)

Everyone will tell you that their rom is best but its just preference. This question gets asked all the time but it's never answered the way you would like and will leave you just as confused as you were.

finger mouse doesn't work at all in windows 6.5 for omnia you won't find any wm 6.5 cooked rom that finger mouse worked in it!

P.S It worked as a d-pad for navigation not mouse :)

atm I like Nick's roms the best. I suggest you also check his rom out. The HIDE 13 version has a bug, so go for the older HIDE 12. After trying out all other roms around I can safely say that at least for me Nick makes the best roms around. Give him a try! (He is also aparently a very nice person- just look at his threads and see how involved the guy is. If you encounter any problem/bug Nick will help you out with a smile. I love him) ;-)

hi! i just want to ask should I want to flash back to the official 6.1 rom would this be ok? i wanted to try the custom roms but im afraid that I mignt not be able to return it to the original rom should i decide to go back.

You willl always be able to flash official rom. If you are not afraid to brik your Omnia you can try any custom rom you like.
