I'm trying to install it on Win7 but i keep getting errors during install and opening the program. :S The OSX version works reasonably well. It's better for synching the addressbook than the HTC Sync app which seems to ignore contacts from Google which is irritating. It also does media synching although I'd rather just drag & drop. It is still only beta at this stage, so I wouldn't hope for too much, but their products generally seem to be pretty good.
