cc20 to CF03 Official Verizon ROM?

Hi, ive been out of the forum for awhile and recently came back to flash my omnia i910(VZW) with new cooked rom.

I found what I want and now here's my question.

I read the "start here before flashing" and it said I need to have CF03 Official Verizon ROM.

But i have cc20 with cooked rom.

So is it safe to update my current omnia with CF03 Official Verizon ROM?

and is UMDL still used to flash cooked roms?

It is completely safe to go from cooked rom to cf03. Yes umdl is still used, think latest is version 2.3
