Does anyone know how to modify the personal info screen?

Hi all,

Im using khuanchai's 23016/21928 hybrid ROM at the moment. I was wondering if anyone knew how to modify the personal info screen though. The header is the blue/orange that has been introduced but surely it must be possible to make it a little glossier??
