Help:Encryption file setting on Khuanchai ROM

I use the hybrid build from Khuanchai:23016/21928 PP6

Khuanchai has set the Encryption setting in Setting->system->encryption on.

And i can't turn it off.

I have uncheck that box, hit ok. Then i back in, chose Encryption again, the box to encrypt file is now checked, mean no change.

HR do nothing useful.

Did anyone can show me how to turn that option off.

Please help. I have pay many time for that.
